Lost or Stolen Visa Credit or Debit Cards
Unauthorized Transactions

What should I do if I discover an unauthorized transaction, or my card is lost or stolen?
Call us immediately. If you notify us you will not be liable for any losses. Your card will be blocked and we will issue you a new card with a new card number and PIN. Always follow up in writing within 30 days.

Lost or stolen card? Our call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at toll free (866) 543-5202 or (408) 543-5202. If you are traveling internationally, call us collect at (408) 543-5202.

Should I complete a form?
Yes.

If you are disputing a legitimate transaction, problem, or error, please complete our Cardholder Dispute Form. Read our Dispute Q&A's on when it is appropriate to use this form.

If you use your card to make automatic payments, you must contact each merchant and update your card information. (Sample letter (or .html version) to complete, print and sign.)

It is your responsibility to assist us in determining the facts, circumstances, and other pertinent information related to any loss, theft or possible unauthorized use of your Card, Account Number or PIN and to comply with such procedures as we may require in connection with our investigation.
