Disclosures are available in a non-electronic format at no cost. To obtain any Star One disclosure, call (866) 543-5202 or (408) 543-5202 and request the applicable disclosure. Some Star One applications and forms will require you to select which delivery method of a service relevant disclosure you wish (online or U.S. Mail delivery). Each loan or service has it's own disclosure(s) and the delivery of each is specific to the application being filled out online. When a loan or other service is terminated, e.g. the loan has been paid off, all consent to said disclosure is terminated. Each disclosure and the contents therein, pertain solely to the service in which the disclosure is tied to and/or related.
