Make Deposits Online with Star One's ezDeposit!
Star One's ezDeposit lets you deposit checks in real-time directly into your Star One accounts and Loans from the comfort of your home or office. Using your Internet-connected computer and almost any scanner, checks can be deposited in just a few simple steps. It's like having your own personal Branch or ATM access from work or home.
To use the service, log in to Online Banking, select the "ezDeposit" link and follow the instructions. See the "Help" file within the interface for more details, tips and requirements.

After accepting the ezDeposit disclosure, you will see this screen.

If using a PC and Internet Explorer as your browser, you are asked to install an Active X control. This allows our software to interact with your scanner.


If using a non Windows Operating System and/or a browser other than Internet Explorer, you are not prompted to install a driver. Instead, you are given the choice to "use your own scanner software" as shown below. Please note that you can choose between each scanning method.

Finally, after cropping (if necessary), you will see this confirmation screen.

You're finished. To confirm your deposit, log out of Online Banking, and log in again. Check your transactions. Your deposit should show. If it doesn't, please give us a call at (408) 543-5202 or (866) 543-5202.
