Online Banking Account Transfers

Account Transfers

The Account Transfers feature allows you to make one-time transfers between your Star One accounts and loans.  Transfers are in real time provided there are no holds on your accounts and the funds are available for transfer.  If you are making a transfer outside of normal business hours, the transfer will be posted using the next business date.  A transaction results page will appear after the transfer is processed.  We recommend that you print this page for your records.

Scheduled Transfers

The Scheduled Transfer function allows you to set up transfers among your Star One accounts and loans to take place in the future. You may choose to initiate a one-time transfer or a series of transfers.  You may choose to have an e-mail reminder sent to you when the transfer is complete.

To edit or delete a Scheduled Transfer, just click on the corresponding link under "Action" on the "Scheduled Transfers" page.

Note on Federal Regulation D: "Reg D" limits the number of electronic transfers you may make from a savings account during a calendar month to six. This applies to Scheduled & Recurring Transfers set up in Online Banking, Mobile Banking, telephone transactions, and transactions requested through Secure Support. Loan payments, including payments to your Visa Credit Card, are not counted. There is no limit on the number of electronic transfers you may make from your checking account.
