Alternate Login ID FAQs

Q. How do I set up my Alternate Login ID?
A. Log in to Online Banking under click on the "User Options link," then select the “Change Login ID” link.

Q. Are there any restrictions on what I can use for my Alternate Login ID?
A. Yes.  Your Alternate Login ID must be between 6 – 15 characters.  It is NOT case sensitive and most special characters are allowed.

Q. I have more than one membership. Can I use the same Alternate Login ID for different memberships?
A. No.  Each Alternate Login ID must be unique.

Q. Can I login with both - my Alternate Login ID and my Member Number?
A. No. If the Alternate Login ID is setup, you will not be able to login with your member number.

Q. What do I do if I forget my Alternate Login ID?
A. Call our Member Phone Services at (866) 543-5202 option 2, or (408) 543-5202 option 2, during Call Center business hours. They will be able to provide your  Alternate Login ID to you after identification.

Q. What if I want to revert back to my original Login ID, which was my Member Number?
A. Call our Member Phone Services at  (866) 543-5202 option 2, or (408) 543-5202 option 2, during regular business hours. 

Q. Is it possible to have more than one Login ID per membership? 
A. No.  Only one Alternate ID per membership is allowed.
