Enhanced Login Security Information
Enhanced security technology protects your identity from whatever computer you're using, whether at home, at the office, at the library, or on the go. It identifies you as the true "owner" of your accounts by recognizing not only your password, but your computer as well. If your computer isn't recognized by us - you've logged in from a public computer or one you haven't used before - we'll ask you challenge questions as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access. This challenge question is currently a part of our Forgotten Password feature.
How it works
Most users already have Enhanced Login Security set up on their computers. As a result, your Challenge Question is in force. Beneath the "Want the option to answer challenge question(s) for Login Security?" question you will see the text,
"Already set up? No need to do anything. However, if you would like, you can set up new questions and answers."
Simply click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen and you're finished.
If you haven't enrolled in Enhanced Login Security, you will see the screen below. We recommend that you complete the form as you see it here.
- Simply choose your Challenge Question from the drop-down menu and provide an answer.
- Select "Private" for a home or work computer or
- Select "Public" if you are using a public computer.
- Click "Save."

If you log in from a computer (or browser) that does not belong to you, you will be presented with your challenge question - the same one used for our Forgotten Password feature. This is the Public computer option.
Make changes in "User Options."
