eNotices
eNotices fall into three categories:
- eTax Notices - The annual IRS forms you receive from us in the mail. Note: annual tax forms are not created for members who earn less than $10 on their accounts, and/or for those who pay less than $600 in real estate interest.
- eNotices - For example a Loan Notice or Non-Sufficient Funds/Overdraft Notice that you receive from us in the mail.
- eLoan Coupons - The paper coupons you receive for your mortgage payment.
Most eTax Notices are provided at the beginning of the year. eNotices are sent out as needed, such as when a Certificate comes due, when you overdraw your account, or when a loan payment is due.
Currently, available notices include:
- eTax forms: 1098, 1099-C, 1099-INT, 1099-Q, 1099-R, 5498, 5498-ESA. Important Notice: For tax year 2011, eTax forms will be available to all members.
- eNotices: Certificate Renewal Notice, Late Charge Notice, Loan Billing Notice, Notice of Past Due Payment, and the NSF/Overdraft Notice. The NSF/Overdraft Notice is offered via eNotices only.
- eLoan Coupons
Enrollment is optional. Just log in to Online Banking and click on the eNotices/Tax forms tab, then the "Member Preferences" link. Click on "Document Delivery Preference" and make your selections. Choose "All Electronic" to stop getting paper and start going digital!
