Touchtone Teller
Due to technological changes, it was necessary to upgrade our Touchtone Teller system effective January 13, 2011. As a result, service codes are no longer used or available. Instead, transactions are now menu-driven. Please listen carefully and follow the prompts. Your Touchtone Teller Access Code remains the same.
The Touchtone Teller provides free automated access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can make withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more. Call (408) 543-5202 or toll free (866) 543-5202 to access your account. If you don't have an access code yet, you can select one by calling our Phone Services Center at the numbers above.

Touchtone Teller Call Flow
- Press the * key to return to the Previous Menu (from all menus).
- To disconnect, hang up.
- The system will only allow three (3) invalid attempts; then your call will be terminated. The Touchtone Teller system does not lock you out. Just call back and try again.
- If you do not respond to any menu selections, the menu will repeat after ten seconds.



Note on Federal Regulation D: "Reg D" limits the number of electronic transfers you may make from a savings account during a calendar month to six. This applies to Scheduled & Recurring Transfers set up in Online Banking, telephone transactions, and transactions requested through Secure Support. Loan payments, including payments to your Visa Credit Card, are not counted. There is no limit on the number of electronic transfers you may make from your checking account.
