How to Join Star One

To join Star One, complete our Membership Application or call a Star One Phone Representative at (408) 543-5202 or (866) 543-5202 from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends (PST) to have an application mailed to you.  (See our Who can join? page for eligibility.)

Your membership begins as soon as you open a $50.00 Money Market Savings account. There are no membership fees or other commitments. Best of all, as long as you maintain a $50.00 balance in your savings account, your membership is active. The minimum deposit and balance requirement for additional savings accounts is $5.00. The minimum deposit required to open a new checking account is $100.00.

Along with your printed and signed Membership Application, please provide Star One a photocopy of each account owner's I.D.
