Phone Branch Appointments
Phone appointments are available for questions pertaining to New Membership, Consumer Loan, Real Estate, and Individual Retirement Account (IRA) applications. To set up a Phone Branch appointment, please email email@example.com and include the following:
- Your name
- Your best contact information
- Date and time you would like your phone appointment
- Reason for your appointment (Please do not include member numbers, account numbers, or card numbers)
A Star One representative will contact you during normal business hours to confirm the appointment or provide you with other options. You may also call us directly at 408-543-5202 to make an appointment.
Effective January 10, 2022, for the health and safety of our members and our employees, the following changes apply to all Star One Branches:
- All applications must be submitted online. For Consumer Loan Applications, please go to our Consumer Loans Application page. For Real Estate Applications, please go to our Real Estate Application page. For New Memberships, please go to our New Membership Application page. For Individual Retirement Account applications, please visit our Individual Retirement Account page.
- Notary requests are for members only.
- Face coverings are required when visiting any Star One Branch.
