Disclosures are available in a non-electronic format at no cost. To obtain any Star One disclosure, simply call us and request the applicable disclosure. Some Star One applications and forms will require you to select which delivery method of a service relevant disclosure you wish (online or U.S. Mail delivery).
Each loan or service has its own disclosure(s) and the delivery of each is specific to the application being filled out online. When a loan or other service is terminated (e.g. the loan has been paid off), all consent to said disclosure is terminated. Several Star One members reported receiving a phone call or text from a person claiming to be from Star One's fraud department with a caller ID reflecting 866-543-5202.
The caller is impersonating a Star One employee to gain your trust with the goal of getting access to your account.
The caller may try to reassure you that it's OK to share your information—please hang up, it's not OK, EVER!
