Arm yourself against fraudulent activity on your accounts by identity thieves. It all starts with education.
A few members have notified us that they have received calls from someone purporting to be a Star One employee about fraudulent debit card transactions. The fraudster is asking for personal and credit card information. If you should receive a call, hang up and contact Star One at 408.543.5202.
Do not provide credit or debit card information to a caller. Star One has your credit and debit card information on file. We will never ask for the full card number, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or CVV number on the back of your card. If you suspect a scam, handg up and call the Credit Union immediately.
