This refresh will help us communicate more clearly, over a more relevant experience, and ensure we continue providing the personal, community-focused service you deserve. This rebrand reflects who we are and how we’re here for you, our members. We’ve refreshed our logo, colors, fonts, photography—even our tone of voice—to better reflect who we are: smart, approachable, and proudly member-first. This update captures the personality our members already know and trust, while making it even clearer that we’re not a big bank—we’re a not-for-profit financial institution built to serve you, not shareholders. It’s a change in how we show up, not in what we stand for.
No. Your account number(s) will remain the same and you will be able to continue using your existing cards and checks. When it’s time to order new checks, you will follow the normal process. Once your current debit and/or credit card expires, you will receive a new one, in the new look and feel.
Everywhere we show up—our website, mobile app, branches, social media, emails, and more. Over time, each branch will also get an update to reflect the new look and feel. Our first branch to receive a makeover will be Stevens Creek this fall.
You’ll notice clearer messages and a more welcoming look, and maybe even crack a smile at the fresh, more human tone. It’s still us—just with a sharper edge and a little more personality. Behind it all, our service, care, and community focus remain exactly the same. Take that, traditional banks.
