The sweepstakes period begins at 12:00 AM PST on 7/1/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on 9/30/2026; all entries must be received within this time period. To participate in this giveaway, participants must:
- Register and attend one of the free online webinars offered by Star One between 7/1/2026 and 9/30/2026
- The most current webinar schedule can be found on this page. Additional webinars may be added throughout the quarter, and all dates, times, and topics are subject to change.
Eligible individuals will automatically receive one (1) sweepstakes entry during the sweepstakes period once the participation requirements are met. Limit (1) entry per webinar per eligible individual.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older as of 7/1/2026 and otherwise meet the qualifications to join the Credit Union. Star One Credit Union staff is not eligible to participate.
Raffle Drawing Disclosure: By 20th business day of October, one (1) winner will be chosen via a random drawing performed by the Star One Community and Business Development team. Each qualified participant is limited to one entry per webinar that is both registered for and attended. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries are combined and entered into a single raffle for a $100 Visa Gift card. For example, if 300 eligible entries are received, each participant’s chance of winning would be approximately 1 in 300 (about 0.33%).
Prize: One (1) $100 Visa Gift Card valued at $100 before applicable taxes and fees, or the cash equivalent, will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winner. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number required to receive prize; prize may be subject to IRS reporting. Prizes are non-transferable.
Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by phone or other traceable method of delivery, within 5 business days of being selected as the winner. To claim the prize, the winner must complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility; this Affidavit of Eligibility must be signed and returned within 14 days from the date of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited. Additional Terms: If for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Star One Credit Union reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, or suspend the sweepstakes and at its sole discretion to award prizes from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action requiring such modification.
