Voice Banking with Star One

Your Star One accounts are now available to configure on your Amazon voice and Goggle voice devices.

Download the Amazon Star One Skill or the Google Home App for your respective device.

After you set up Voice Banking, you can ask your Amazon or Google voice device (e.g. Echo Dot, Show, Google Home) to log into your Star One account. You can then ask for your balances, perform transfers, ask for our locations and hours, and more.

It’s a real-time system, so transactions post immediately.

We hope you enjoy using Voice Banking!

Setting up Voice Banking

Other than an Alexa-enabled device, you will need access to your Digital Banking account and your Amazon account.

Using Voice Banking

You can speak to Alexa for voice banking on all of your Alexa-enabled devices. It could be your Echo devices, your Alexa Voice Remote, Alexa app in your mobile phone, or even your Alexa-enabled car. That being said, we recommend you use voice banking at a place where there’s no likelihood of the wrong person overhearing your conversation.

Security

A voice PIN is a four-digit personal number that you set up so that Alexa can verify it is indeed you before reading out account information aloud. We recommend you use a number that is hard to guess (do NOT use your date of birth/anniversary or a simple number like 123456).

Troubleshooting

If you have already linked your Digital Banking account, this can happen when Voice Banking is unavailable or has been disabled for you. Please contact us for assistance.
