Document upload instructions

Return to your saved application

You can access your saved application using your mobile phone, tablet or personal computer.

On the Star One website, in the "Open Your Account" drop-down menu near the top of most any page, click the "Return to Your Saved Application" button.

Then enter your application confirmation number and the other required fields. Click "Continue," then upload your valid photo ID and other important documents.

Steps to "Take Photo" using your mobile phone or tablet

  1. Return to your saved application per instructions above.
  2. Click "Choose File" in the "Document Name" section.
  3. Your device will prompt you to select: "Take Photo or Video" or "Choose Existing." Select "Take Photo or Video," take a photo of the document(s), and then click ‘Use Photo."
  4. Select "Upload File" in the confirmation page.
  5. Complete the same steps to upload all documents (valid photo ID and other supporting documents).

Steps to "Choose Existing Photo" using your mobile phone, tablet or personal computer

  1. Return to your saved application per instructions above.
  2. Click "Choose File" in the "Document Name" section.
  3. Your device will prompt you to select: "Take Photo or Video" or "Choose Existing." Select "Choose Existing" and click on the photo to automatically upload the image.
  4. Select "Upload File" in the confirmation page.
  5. Complete the same steps to upload all documents (valid photo ID and other supporting documents).
