First, you’ll need to be eligible as someone who lives, works, or attends school in our service area (see other ways you can be eligible). Second, we’ll need all the usual paperwork. We’ve laid out all the information for you.
Yes! If you attend school in Santa Clara County or one of the eight surrounding counties, you can open a no-fee checking account with Star One. We’ll even reimburse some of your ATM fees, so you can focus on more important things.
