The Credit Union may act in reliance upon this Certification of Trust and is not liable to any person for so acting unless it has actual knowledge that the representations contained herein are incorrect. The person(s) executing this Certification of Trust agree to indemnify and hold the Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees and agents free and harmless from any and all suits, claims, demands, or other remedies or damages resulting from its reliance upon this Certification of Trust including the payment of costs and attorneys' fees.
