Star One members have reported receiving a call or text by someone impersonating Star One's Fraud Department. We will never ask you for your user ID, passwords, PINs, or one-time passcodes. Please hang up or do not respond and contact Star One directly.
Presidents Day holiday: Star One branches are closed on Monday, February 16. Our call center will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM. Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Touchtone Teller and our extensive ATM network will remain available.
The 69th Annual Meeting of Star One Credit Union will be held virtually only at 5:30 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
